Biography

Shereen was called to the Bar in 2022. She has a broad commercial practice, with an interest in contracts disputes, insolvency, competition and consumer and intellectual property litigation.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Shereen practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation. Her practice encompassed a broad range of commercial disputes, including in the areas of intellectual property, insolvency, bankruptcy, negligence, breach of fiduciary duties and competition and consumer law. Since coming to the Bar, Shereen’s practice has expanded to also include joint venture disputes and building and construction disputes.

Shereen has appeared led and unled in the Supreme Court of Queensland and has appeared in the Federal Court of Australia.
